With technology constantly being updated and demand for better products on the rise, homes are now becoming a technology wired haven. The use of streaming services for music is now becoming very popular and we think that viewings could have a potential gain from this.
Picture this, the property has a viewing in an hours’ time. You’ve cleaned, tidied and de personalized the space making it look enticing for the viewer. To create that atmosphere, a little music may just help, whether it jogs their happy memories in their life or it just completely relaxes them at the viewing. It’s worth getting creative and creating your very own playlist to add something extra at your viewing. After all, they will remember your viewing as it’s different and up to date. Remember your music choice and don’t choose anything that may be offensive or not appropriate, you want good vibes only and remember to keep the volume low!
