Austins are happy to announce that we will be hosting one of many Landlord Events. We are looking forward to meeting Landlords from across the West Midlands region. The event will be held on Thursday 19th April between 4pm-6pm. The event is completely FREE and you can view the event invite on our Facebook page right here. What will the event cover?
Our event will be packed full of information, including the tax changes that will come into effect for Landlords, the benefits of having a DSS tenant and the changes to the epc regulations. This will the perfect opportunity for you to improve your knowledge in the property sector.
